- Payment information and due dates will be provided with your invoices, and we reserve the right to suspend projects that are overdue in payment.
- Where projects exceed $1000, the customer is to agree on a three method stage payment, based on the following payments:
- 35% 1st progress instalment payment
- 35% 2nd progress instalment payment
- 30% hand over payment
- Any or all services may be suspended or terminated at RandomBlowup’s discretion until payments have been received in full.
- The customer agrees that RandomBlowup may send invoices to the customer via email.
- It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that a current active email address is supplied to RandomBlowup for the delivery of invoices.
- It is in the full responsibility of the customer to pay in full any invoices by the due date.
- All moneys paid to RandomBlowup are non-refundable.
- If a project is terminated before completion due to appropriate reasons, no refunds will be made to the customer. This includes cases where a progressive and/or deposit installment payment has been made to cover labour costs.
- All prices and charges prior to meeting with a customer are variables based on the project type, size and time frame based on a number of standard rates issued by RandomBlowup.
- A fixed base price is issued with a customer after assessing the above factors stated in "Charges and payments: Condition 10"
- In some cases, additional charges which are not stated in the original contract and invoice may be added on to the final cost of a design project. This will occur when:
- The customer requests any additional designs or major changes that were not originally outlined in the original contract.
- Customers do not provide RandomBlowup with the appropriate required and/or requested information to complete a project, thus extending the deadline of the project.
- In each case, RandomBlowup reserves the right to suspend or terminate the project with non-refundable pay where appropriate.
- The customer is to acknowledge the above condition 12 and pay for any additional charges not stated in the original invoice.
- RandomBlowup reserves the right to offset any amounts owed against any amounts due. Overdue amounts are payable immediately.
Suspension and/or Termination of Design Projects
- RandomBlowup reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate design projects at any time if any of the following conditions are deemed to have been breached by the customer:
- If any due payments have not been paid in full by the customer by the given due date stated on the customer invoice
- If the customer requests additional changes not specified in the original contract and refuses to pay any additional charges as a result of these changes.
Project Due Dates and Time Frames
- RandomBlowup will work to provide the customer with a completed design project on or before the due date where the date is deemed feasible and appropriate. Based on the project type, size and length, this date will be assessed prior to the customer signing the design contract.
- RandomBlowup reserves the right to deem any due date inappropriate and unfeasible where appropriate.
- If a Customer requests that a design project be completed within a time frame deemed unfeasible, RandomBlowup reserves the right to charge additional costs and payments that would not otherwise be stated within a reasonable timeframe.
- Randomblowup reserves the right to decline the project if an unfeasible time frame is requested.
- RandomBlowup cannot guarantee the completion of any project before the due date that is deemed to have an unfeasible time frame.
- The customer is to acknowledge the above 5 conditions and make any additional payments where required.
- RandomBlowup reserves the right to suspend or terminate design projects based on the above conditions if these additional payments are not made by the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
- It is in the customer's full responsibility to provide all necessary content and information for the development of the project.
- RandomBlowup reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any project if the appropriate information is not provided by the customer.
- If the customer does not provide the required information for a project, then the requested due date cannot be expected to be met.
